ELECTRICAL POWER SYSTEMS LABORATORY

The laboratory is equipped with all the fundamental equipment needed for experiments involving electrical power systems. The equipment available to students in the lab includes basic devices of electrical power systems, such as transformers, electrical machines and power passive components.

Through the experiments, students can directly measure the characteristics of fundamental components used in electrical power engineering and study the operation of electrical power systems. In the lab experiments the lecturer can teach students effectively about the real electrical power systems: operations, technical limitations, and safety issues.
