UHURU HIGHWAY TRAFFIC FLOW OPTIMIZATION

Traffic flow is a growing challenge in most populated urban centers. This is due to increased pedestrians, motor vehicles and bicyclists burdening the manual way of controlling traffic flow. A common problem is presence critical areas caused by congestions, for example the roundabouts, exit and entry points of the roads Taking the Uhuru highway as an example, it can be seen that most traffic are control by physical persons directing vehicles road users of all kind there is a need for automated systems to control traffic flow and pedestrians on when to move and when to stop but due human fatigue and increased.
